Sadurangam Powerful Pawns produced a superb all-round team performance to defeat Sadurangam Super Kings 16–12.

The decisive factor was team depth. While Akshaj Sankara delivered an outstanding 6-point individual performance, Powerful Pawns had three players—Nidhilan, Narain, and Sahana—scoring 4 points each. Their collective consistency allowed Powerful Pawns to build a comfortable 4-point winning margin.

Sadurangam Super Kings captain Kabilesh was not present for this battle. His absence was a significant factor for Super Kings, who had to compete without their regular captain and one of their key performers.

Despite Kabilesh's absence, Akshaj Sankara stepped up with an excellent 6-point performance, leading the Super Kings' scoring. However, Powerful Pawns' balanced 16-point team performance proved too strong.

The Super Kings showed fighting spirit despite missing their captain, but Powerful Pawns capitalized on the opportunity with a strong collective performance.
