1. Is the trainer experienced ?

The coach and the founder Mr.Subramanian is a highly passionate chess coach. He is training the students for the past 5 years and have trained 322 students as on 15 Nov 2023. He has trained students for  than 10,500 hours both online and offline.

2. Is online coaching effective ?

Right from our start at 2018 ,pre covid scenario, we have made both the formats offline- in person and online  sessions available. We have got FIDE rated players who got trained from the scratch and only through online. More than 70 % of our students are learning online and few are in different continents.

3. Do I need skype / google meet ?

We prefer skype since the chat history is available even after the classes are over. Also it is easy to share the pdf / jpeg files during sessions. However we use google meet for countries in which skype is not available

4. Is Zoom needed for online classes ?

We are not using zoom for our classes.

5. Can I opt for monthly payment fees ?

Monthly fees payment will be costlier than Quarterly payments. Quarterly fees payment is recommended for two reasons. 1. Easy accounting 2. Relatively lesser fees payment

6. Will I get compensation classes for Group sessions if I miss any of the sessions?

Group classes are meant for experiencing chess and practice with other players. The missing content if any could be shared in classroom / skype. We could not recreate the sessions when missed.

7. I am joining in the middle of the month , how much I need to pay as fees?

We charge for quarterly fees. Any missing classes in the month because of joining in the middle of the month/Quarter will be adjusted in the next payment.

8. Will I get any confirmation for the fees payment ?

Yes.Every time when you make a payment you need to update the details using the fees form available in the whatsapp official group. You shall get the receipt immediately.

9. Do you provide holidays for the academy?

We conduct classes on all the days – 1st  to 28th  of the month. Any missing classes due to unavoidable reasons will be conducted on 29th /30th /31st of the month .

10. Which are the countries you are conducting classes ?

India,UK, Canada, USA,Australia,Dubai,Qatar,UAE,Singapore, Malaysia.

11. Do you conduct individual classes?

Yes we do individual sessions for the learners to nurture the skill and customise the lessons in addition to the group sessions.

12. What is the group size in your class?

usual group size ranges any where between 6 to 10. Rarely we get 11 or 12 when it is the prime time.
