Tanmay_Sriram:My comments on the game: White made some fundamental errors in the beginning including bringing the knight to d4. (Move 2) I think this is not a good move because it wasted two moves and did not have any purpose. Instead of Nd4, I would have moved the to d4. This move advances the pawn and also frees up the bishop. Another mistake white made is that he moved the bishop to g5. (Move 5) This is a blunder because white wasted 2 moves again. I would have instead moved pawn to c4 because it gives the queen an opening. White also had a weak middle game because of a few blunders. One blunder he did was knight to g1. (Move 7) I feel like Nfd2 was a better move because it allows the knight to not fully retreat. Another big blunder that cost him the game was castling. (Move 12) This is not a good move because this allows the black queen to attack the white king. I would have instead moved Nf4 because it is the safest move to do. White also had a terrible endgame because of the blunders made during the middle. The final mistake white made before checkmate was Nd2. (Move 14) This move is bad because it did not do anything useful, and wasted a move. This move also leads to a checkmate. White should have moved King to h1 because it delays the checkmate
